Jantech Building Services Website Redesign

Recently completed a full website redesign and functionality overhaul for JanTech Building Services, Inc., a commercial and industrial cleaning company serving Ohio and Indiana.

This project involved much more than just updating the appearance of the website. The primary focus was improving usability, lead generation, and overall business functionality while keeping the design professional, clean, and aligned with the client’s vision.

The new website included:

One of the biggest issues during development involved website form delivery and SMTP configuration. Form submissions were initially failing due to hosting and mail routing issues, which required troubleshooting outbound SMTP connections, email authentication, WordPress mail configuration, and Contact Form 7 settings.

After testing and re-configuring the system, form delivery was restored and fully operational with properly formatted quote request and career submission forms.

The project also included refining the structure of service pages, improving keyword targeting for commercial cleaning services, industrial cleaning, janitorial services, and facility maintenance, and creating a cleaner user experience without relying on over-designed layouts or excessive stock imagery.

The overall goal was to create a website that felt professional, functional, and easy to use while accurately representing the company and the industries they serve.

The finished website provides JanTech with a stronger online presence, improved functionality, and a much more reliable lead generation system for quote requests, employment applications, and customer communication.
